shale especially Fammenian and Silurian formation. (in salah , bordj baji mokhtar, Djanet )

(LD2) at Rod el noss & Hassi Messaoud ( 12’’ ¼ d=2.2 sg) drilled with OBM mud.

As Sinior Mud Engineer, I’m responsible
for:

ü Preparation and
mixing of required drilling fluids and brine systems.

ü Monitor the
properties of the systems and make recommendations for treatments to maintain
system properties within the
specifications outlined in Company's programmers.

ü Perform daily pilot
tests to determine appropriate treatments to the mud system.

ü Provide a display
of materials usage and cost. Current records of consumption cost and inventory
maintained and reported on daily basis.

ü Order materials as
required to maintain adequate stocks on location.

ü Maintain records of
fluid additions and losses and account for discrepancies.

ü Monitor performance
of solids control equipment and maintain a complete materials balance.

ü Ensure all
necessary equipment is available and fully operational, and to verify the
material inventory on rig site.

ü Supervising of the
daily Rigs situation.

ü Preparation of End
of interval report & detailed mud recap for each well completed (Detailed
technical & financial analysis, Cost Tracking, problems encountered and
solution, per day, per section…..).

ü Preparation of Mud
Programs & Solids Control Reports

ü Communicate daily
rig situation to field representatives and Service Supervisors

ü Work closely with
well site personnel to obtain optimum performance of SC equipment’s.

ü Enforce strict
clean up procedures of surface systems prior to displacing to completion
fluids.

ü Provide proper
supervision and training of well site personnel in regards to mud chemicals
mixing and to the potential hazards .

J'ai cinq ans d'expérience en tant qu'ingénieur de boue de forage, donc je suis très familier
Avec les différents forages utilisés pour extraire le gaz naturel et le pétrole du sol. Aider
Préparé pour ce poste, j'ai assisté à une école de Mud (Mi Swaco) où j'ai appris à analyser
Les différentes composantes de la boue et pour créer des grumes de boue. J'ai les connaissances pour déterminer quelle combinaison de boue vous devrez utiliser pendant le processus de forage,
Sur la base des méthodes utilisées et des différentes étapes de forage.
Mon expérience et ma formation comprennent la réalisation du test standardisé
Pour déterminer la viscosité de la boue. Au besoin, j'ai les compétences pour apporter les changements nécessaires en ajustant les composantes chimiques de la boue ou en modifiant l'équilibre du pH ou la température. Mon expérience inclut également le calcul les coûts associés à cette partie particulière du processus de forage.
J'ai aussi les compétences pour recommander les forets qui fonctionneront le mieux au cours de la
Opération d'extraction pour aider les choses à aller plus douce et à aider l'équipe de forage à rester sur programme.
